Privacy notice.

This notice explains how the Free AI Guys project, operated by Levi Quilliam and Luc Redman, handles personal information.

What we collect

We collect the details you submit in the application, including your name, work contact details, company information and the process you want to improve. We also collect basic campaign and referral information. PostHog provides privacy-preserving, cookieless audience and performance measurement after you choose that option. With your consent, Google Analytics and PostHog provide persistent journey analytics, and PostHog may provide masked session replay. Application answers and contact details are not sent to either analytics service.

Why we use it

We use application data to assess fit, reply to you, arrange a meeting, deliver requested work, protect the service from abuse and keep appropriate business records. Optional marketing messages are sent only when you give separate permission.

Services involved

Depending on configuration, data may be processed by our website host, Resend for operational email, Google Analytics for consented website measurement, PostHog EU for cookieless or consented product analytics, Cal.com for scheduling, Twenty for customer relationship management and n8n for workflow automation. Some providers may process information outside your country under their own safeguards.

Retention and sharing

We keep unsuccessful application data for up to 12 months unless there is a reason to keep it longer or you ask us to delete it. Customer and financial records may need to be retained for legal, tax, security or contractual reasons. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your information, and to withdraw consent. Contact privacy@thefreeaiguys.com. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, as applicable.

Change your analytics choice. Session recordings mask every form input, and application form interactions are excluded from automatic event capture.

Launch note

This notice must be reviewed when the contracting legal entity, hosting region and final service accounts are confirmed.
